Spectra S1Plus Breast Pump – buy your pump through Aeroflow Breastpumps. They take care of everything with your insurance and doctor. They will also text you regularly to see if you need more pump parts (you do!) and they’ll get them covered by your insurance. Cannot recommend Aeroflow more! I love my Spectra S1Plus because it has strong suction, it’s easy to use, and has a long-lasting rechargeable battery so you don’t have to be plugged into the wall!
Manual Breast Pump – always good to have a manual pump on hand when you’re short on time or don’t want to carry around your big pump.
Kiinde Twist System – legit wouldn’t have made it without this life-changing system. I cannot imagine having to exclusively pump and clean bottles. With this system, you pump directly into the bag so whether that milk ends up being frozen or fed you never have to transfer it! All you have to clean is the nipple! So much EASIER!
Kiinde Twist Adapters – I bought extra so I wouldn’t have to wash pump parts as often. These allow you to pump directly into the Kiinde bags.
Collapsible Wash Basin and Bottle Soap – to wash your bottle nipples and pump parts.
Cleaning Wipes – if you don’t have access to a sink just wipe your pump parts down with these wipes, then let air dry.
Hands-Free Pumping Bras:
Bravado Clip-on Pumping Bra – I love this one because you can clip it onto any nursing bra or cami and it turns it into a pumping bra! You cannot wear this bra alone which initially disappointed me but turns out you can’t wear any strictly pumping bra alone anyways because there are holes over the nipples and you’ll leak š
Medela Hands Free Pumping Bra – I cut the holes slightly bigger to fit the flange of the Spectra.
Bumkins TSA Approved Travel Bags – I use one of these to hold clean nipples for baby’s bottles.
Gallon Ziploc Bags – to hold your dirty pump parts before you wash them.
